When I was diagnosed with cancer, I quickly realized something most people don’t discover until they’re in it:
there is more than one way to approach healing — and not everyone is shown their options.
This website shares my personal journey of choosing an alternative, integrative approach to cancer — not to convince you to follow my path, but to empower you to explore what your path could look like.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, supporting someone you love, or simply questioning the status quo of health care, my hope is that this space gives you clarity, confidence, and a sense of possibility.
👉 You deserve to be the CEO of your body, your health.

"My journey is proof that there is more than
My name is Barb Moylan, and I am 53 years old. On May 24, 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Triple Positive,
HER2+ Breast Cancer—a highly aggressive and spreadable form of the disease.
As someone who has spent 35 years in the fitness industry, the diagnosis felt like a complete betrayal of my body.
I was devastated, terrified, and overwhelmed by the pressure to immediately begin chemotherapy,
which I was told was my only option.
After deep prayer, meditation, a ton of research and soul-searching, I chose a different path.I decided to forgo chemotherapy and instead pursue an alternative, holistic approach to healing. This decision was not easy, but I believed in my body’s ability to heal itself with the right tools and support.
As a holistic nutrition and gut health coach, I have focused on fueling and healing my body from the inside out.
I have been in a constant pursuit of WHY this happened and WHAT was the ROOT CAUSE.
I first did a Methylation Detox Test and a Micronutrient Test, to find out my deficiencies and how efficiently my body was processing toxins. I then immediately did an extended fast and turned to juicing, supplementation, and alternative therapies (see My Treatment for more details).
I have and continue to conduct advanced testing to target deficiencies and attack cancer metabolically
by understanding how cancer cells survive and how they die.
On July 31, 2024 I got a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, and I was able to shrink one of three tumors in my right breast by 0.2mm and the overall area from 5cm to 3.2cm after 9 weeks
of "MY" treatment protocol.
Today, I’m grateful to say there is no evidence of disease detectable by imaging or blood work.
But my fight isn’t over—it will take at least two years to fully rebuild and repair my body on a cellular level.
Every day, I show up and do the work because healing requires commitment, perseverance, discipline, and faith.
I believe in restoring the body, fixing what is broken, and making it stronger so reoccurrence can’t happen.
My journey is proof that there is more than one way to fight cancer.
I hope my story inspires others to trust their instincts, explore their options, find the root cause, and believe in the body’s ability to heal.

My mission is to live and to prove to myself and anyone else interested, that this can be done.
It is to follow my inner guide, trust my journey, and I believe wholeheartedly that God has a greater plan for me.
I am committed to completing the work it takes to heal myself,
to not just survive but to thrive for many years to come.
But this journey isn’t only about me. I believe I was chosen for this path, and I was supposed to do this, this way.
I believe this diagnosis didn’t happen to me—it happened for me.
It’s my purpose to take what I’ve learned through this experience and use it to impact the lives of thousands of others.
I want to be a pillar of strength, hope, and inspiration for those who feel lost, hopeless, or afraid of what lies ahead.
My mission is to prove that the human body, when given the proper tools, has an incredible ability to heal itself.
I want to show how to get to the root cause of what is making you ill and change it.
I want to educate and show that there is another way—it is a path that relies on determination, discipline,
faith and the belief in the power of holistic healing.
With enough dedication, anyone can take control of their health and overcome even the most daunting diagnoses.
I am here to share my story with anyone who will listen, to inspire them to live better,
be better, and believe in the possibility of a brighter future.
My strength, my determination, and my unwavering belief are my light,
and I hope that light can guide others out of fear and into the hope of healing.
This is my mission, and it is my promise to live it every single day.

This plan was created for MY diagnosis, MY biology and MY needs - this is NOT for someone else to follow.
You need YOUR OWN Plan and Protocol - and that is what I help people with in my program.

Not because it's dramatic and not because it’s perfect.
But because it represents a path that many people are never told exists.
Cancer doesn’t just challenge the body — it challenges your identity, your trust, and belief system.
Too often, people are handed fear-based narratives and rushed decisions without being
shown that they still have agency, options, and a voice in their own healing.
Stories matter because they remind us we’re not broken.
They remind us we have choices.
And they remind us that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
When I was diagnosed, I didn’t just need information — I needed perspective.
I needed to hear from someone who had asked hard questions, trusted their intuition,
and navigated uncertainty without surrendering their power.
That’s why I choose to share openly. Not to tell anyone what to do —
but to show what’s possible when you become an active participant in your health
instead of a passive recipient of decisions.
If my experience helps even one person ask better questions,
advocate for themselves, or believe in their body again, then this journey serves a purpose beyond me.
This story is for the person who feels overwhelmed.
For the one who feels pressured to choose out of fear.
For the one who senses there may be another way.
You are not alone. You are not powerless. And your story is still being written.
Your healing deserves curiosity, intention, and support — not silence or fear.
And sometimes, it begins with hearing a story that finally reflects what you’re feeling inside.
Today, I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by a diagnosis, unsure where to turn,
or called to explore a more integrative approach to healing.
Many are seeking guidance beyond standard recommendations — not instead of them, but alongside them.
The people I support are often:
**Newly diagnosed and searching for clarity
**Exploring integrative or alternative care alongside conventional treatment
**Focused on prevention, metabolic health, and long-term well-being
((Ready to become active participants in their health, rather than passive observers
